INFO ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Wang Yangming (王阳明) was a famous Chinese philosopher of the Ming Dynasty. He is particularly known for his theory of "knowledge of the heart" (心学, Xīn Xué), which states that true knowledge is acquired not only through learning but through action in everyday life.
The expression “事上练” (shì shàng liàn), which means “practice in action”, is a central idea of his philosophy. Wang Yangming believed that one should not only understand what one has learned theoretically, but also apply it in practice. Only through action and experience in everyday life can one gain true knowledge and wisdom.
With this idea, he emphasized that knowledge and moral development are closely linked to daily life and actions.
